Four Simple Steps...
Step 1
JPA Connect determines whether your land is suitable for a renewable energy installation by commissioning a work-ability report. If your land is determined to be suitable, we will issue commercial Heads of Terms outlining the details of the lease.
Step 2
We obtain an offer for the electrical grid connection, complete the required surveys and reports, and then issue the option and lease for the land. We will then submit the planning application.
Step 3
After all necessary consents have been granted, we will begin the process of leasing the site. From this point on, you will be receiving revenue through JPA Connect lease payments.
Step 4
After completing the final design, we begin construction of the renewable energy installation.
